Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking a friendly bartender to join our bar team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks, and ensure a fun, polished dining experience in line with JINYA standards.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of server experience, strong communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, and valid alcohol/food handling certs. We offer competitive wages, health and dental insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years server experience in a high‑volume atmosphere.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills; able to multi‑task.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence; follow instructions.
• Experience with POS/host systems and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, hospitable service aligned with JINYA standards.
• Take reservations, manage seating and server rotation as needed.
• Promote menu items and upsell daily specials to guests.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and assist with inventory when required.
