Big Easy Daiquiris & SLUSH in New Orleans is hiring bartenders to join two high-energy concepts in the French Quarter. You will prepare drinks, provide engaging service, and help create a fun guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, strong earning potential, and growth with Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts. Evening and weekend availability is important for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or high-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Ability to meet all Louisiana alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve daiquiris, cocktails, and other beverages quickly and accurately.
• Provide friendly, engaging service to every guest.
• Process credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and keep it stocked.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and company standards.
• Work efficiently during busy, high-volume shifts.
• Communicate and work as a team to keep service moving.
• Help create the fun, upbeat atmosphere the concepts are known for.
