Job summary

Bars & Recreation seeks energetic Crew Members to act as hospitality ambassadors across our Milwaukee brands. You will greet guests, take orders, bartend, and assist with events while ensuring a fun, safe experience. Roles rotate among venues, with emphasis on service, upselling, and teamwork.

Applicants should have high school diploma or GED, hospitality or retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A Responsible Beverage Server Course may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience preferred.
• Able to carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.
• Willing to complete Responsible Beverage Server Course and provide proof.
• Experience bartending in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the establishments.
• Take food/drink orders and deliver to tables/areas.
• Bartend and maintain knowledge of cocktails and drinks.
• Assist with Custom Events and activity training.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness across venues.
