Job summary

Bars & Recreation in Milwaukee is seeking a Crew Lead to support on-site operations across its venues. You will assist the Senior Operations Manager and other leaders, open the facility, supervise Crew Members, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences with hospitality at the core.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, a proven leadership track, willingness to stand for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality/service setting.
• Must have held a leadership/supervisory position previously.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site operations and leadership when SCL/SOM are on duty.
• Open facility and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Train and mentor Crew Members to improve efficiency and guest service.
• Assist with reservations and guest flow during peak times.
