Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bartender to join our team in Chapel Hill. The role supports our hospitality-driven culture, emphasizes guest satisfaction, responsible service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, garnishes, additives, and supplies.
• Keep bar area, glasses and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bar bill and take payment.
• Engage guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor guests for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and store all beverage and food items, deposits cash drops and secure bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
