Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of three years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures bar is set up with appropriate levels of liquor and bar supplies.
• Keeps bar, glasses, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Ensures guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Prepares drink orders according to standards and guest preferences.
• Presents bar bill and processes payment.
• Engages with guests and ensures satisfaction.
• Monitors guests for overconsumption and acts as needed.
• Locks up and stores all beverage and equipment; deposits cash drops.
