Job Summary

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring exceptional guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Present and serve beverages to guests
• Check IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Stock and maintain the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies
• Ensure the quality and safety of beverage perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed
