• We have an opening for a full-time BARISTA position.
• Location: Penn Medicine - 3930 Chestnut Street, 1st Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Barista and sandwich-making experience required.
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP guidelines. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso and catering orders using standard recipes.
• Processes orders accurately using POS, accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies, maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follows recipes and standards for food prep.
• Ensures display and serving areas are attractive and clean.
• Greets customers courteously, addresses concerns.
• Serves efficiently, explains menu items, promotes sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
