Job summary

Sala Restobar in Beverly, MA is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on craft cocktails, exceptional guest service, and fast-paced service in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Sala’s recipes and service standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and food pairings with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
• Complete all opening, running, and closing side work.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all Massachusetts alcohol service laws.
• Accurately process guest checks using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $7.50/hour + tips (Massachusetts tipped employee rate)

About The Role

Sala Restobar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft cocktails, provides exceptional guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

This is a full-time position requiring open availability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Schedule

Candidates Must Be Available To Work The Following Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM


• Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Full availability for these shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Aloha POS is a plus but not required.
