Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Bartender for the Delta Sky Club MKE location in Milwaukee. We offer full-time and part-time schedules; weekend availability is required and prior bartending experience is essential.

As a Bartender you will prepare and serve beverages, stock bars, greet guests, process orders and handle cash while adhering to liquor regulations and safety standards; join a team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnish preparation to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests and takes/processes drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks per recipes.
