Job summary

Valor Hospitality is hiring a bartender to set up and service the bar, mix cocktails, and ensure adherence to safety and company standards. You will greet guests, prepare drinks, and maintain beverage quality on the floor.

The role requires accuracy in cash handling, checking IDs, and providing wine service with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Vision to clearly see guest checks, prints, and instructions in dim lighting.
• Ability to mix cocktails and provide wine service.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons and carry trays.

Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. Check customer’s identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age. Ring guest checks; collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures. Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists. Know and comply with state liquor laws, obtain Tips certification. Ensure established pars are maintained.
