Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Bartender to join our bar team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining quality service, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Requirements include a high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months in beverage service, ability to mix cocktails and provide wine service, proficiency in English, and the ability to lift and balance trays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions.
• Able to mix cocktails correctly.
• Able to provide wine service.
• Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks; collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws, obtain Tips certification.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
