Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Bartender in Pullman, WA to mix, pour, and serve beverages for outlets and events. You will set up and stock the bar, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe, responsible beverage service while delivering friendly, professional guest experiences.

The role requires prior beverage experience, knowledge of drink prep, cash handling, and strong communication. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays; TIPS certification is preferred or obtainable within 30

Qualifications

Prior bartending or food and beverage experience preferred.
Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
Ability to handle cash and process payments using POS systems.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Mix, pour, and serve beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
Set up and stock the bar before each shift or event.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bar area.
Monitor guest consumption and comply with responsible beverage service guidelines.
Process payments accurately using POS systems.
Restock bar supplies and manage inventory reporting.
Follow opening/closing procedures and secure stock.
Handle guest inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
