You will stock and set up the bar, maintain cleanliness, handle cash and POS payments, and ensure responsible beverage service. Must have or obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of hire; flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments with POS.
• TIPS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bar area.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Interact with guests professionally and provide prompt service.
