Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and comfortable with basic math.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needs
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor and the ingredients for common cocktails
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks and menu questions
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures
• Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely, efficient manner
