Job summary

North Italia is coming soon to Penn Square Mall and is seeking bartenders with energy, hospitality, and at least two years of bartending experience. The position offers solid pay with tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team serving handmade Italian dishes.

You will greet guests, master wine, beer, and cocktails knowledge, manage the cash bank, and follow alcohol laws while keeping the work area clean.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet by name; know regulars’ preferences.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor and cocktails ingredients.
• Inform guests about drinks and menu questions; maintain cash bank per procedures.
• Follow all alcohol laws, policies and regulations; ensure safe service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; deliver drinks promptly to guests.
