Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar. You will craft drinks to perfection, upsell menu items, and collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware and utensils.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual acuity for dim lighting and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar.
• Craft drinks to recipe standards while serving customers responsibly.
• Know menu items and upsell appropriately.
• Demonstrate teamwork across restaurant operations.
