Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Bartender to join the Outback family at our Westminster location. You'll craft cocktails, upsell menu items, and deliver friendly, guest-focused service in a fast-paced bar setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, attentive service at the bar guided by guest preferences.
• Efficiently craft drinks to standard recipes with proper safety.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and upsell.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support other restaurant areas as needed.
• Assist servers with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Commit to food safety and sanitation standards.
