Job summary

The Grandview is a vibrant continuing care retirement community located on 33 acres in the heart of North Bethesda, Maryland. We are part of Erickson Senior Living, one of the country’s largest providers of senior living and health care.

We’re seeking a friendly bartender to craft cocktails, take orders, and ensure guests have a positive experience. Responsibilities include preparing beverages and food, handling payments, and maintaining knowledge of menu items.

Qualifications

• Meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol preferred; training within 90 days where required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely guest experience with exceptional service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
