Job summary

The Grandview at Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve cocktails, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service. You will become knowledgeable about our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods while delivering a welcoming experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
