Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Bartender to be a key part of our Front of House team. You’ll create a warm, welcoming bar experience and craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to our standards.

You’ll guide guests with confident recommendations, manage orders and payments, and uphold safety and cleanliness while contributing to a high-energy, guest-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.
