Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Asheville, NC is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

As a core team member, you will craft cocktails, maintain bar inventory, ensure responsible alcohol service, and collaborate with servers to bring great hospitality to every guest. Eligibility includes state minimum age for alcohol, a Food Handler’s Card where required, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience, anticipates, delivers, and exceeds guest expectations.
• Makes and serves cocktails, garnishes, and beverages; operates bar equipment.
• Assists in inventories and restocking of beverages; maintains bar cleanliness.
• Understanding seating layout; collaborates with service team to ensure guests have what they need.
• Sets and clears tables efficiently per company standards; follows responsible alcohol service procedures.
