Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking dedicated bartenders to join our dining team. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience, craft cocktails, manage bar stations, and support inventory and stocking tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should meet state alcohol service requirements, demonstrate excellent customer service, and work well in a team. Training is provided; employment can be full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong hospitality skills and guest focus.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Prepares and serves cocktails and alcoholic beverages with garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment; assists with inventories and restocking.
• Knows seating layout and service flow to ensure timely delivery of drinks and food.
• Collaborates with team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learns PF Changs bar specifications for setup and clearing.
