Beef 'O' Brady's franchise is hiring bartenders to greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food and beverages in a friendly, fast-paced setting. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules and emphasize teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
