North Italia is hiring bartenders to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role offers flexible scheduling and solid pay with tips, plus training and growth opportunities. You will be serving a curated menu of drinks and meals, while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with beverage laws.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of bartending experience, comfort with math and POS systems, and excellent English communication. Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, hospitable and ready to make friends while serving from behind the bar.
• Two years of bartending experience and age to serve alcohol.
• Comfortable with basic math, able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to stand long periods, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome/greet guests and know regulars by name, preference and needs.
• Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor and cocktails ingredients.
• Inform guests about specialty drinks and menu questions.
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures.
• Follow alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely, efficient manner.
