Job summary

The Grandview, part of Erickson Senior Living, seeks a Bartender to join our team in North Bethesda, Maryland. You will craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and deliver excellent customer service in a vibrant retirement community setting.

Qualifications

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training within 90 days unless state requires earlier).
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests with exceptional service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
