The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our growing team. You will craft cocktails, greet guests, and deliver hospitable service in a fast-paced bar setting.

With 1–2 years of bartending experience, you’ll contribute to a dynamic hospitality team, handle orders and payments, and stay informed about our menu offerings. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities across 30+ locations.

Competenze

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes while tending bar patrons.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner; restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to questions about menus and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities to comply with IRS standards.
