Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to join our fast-paced bar team. You will craft cocktails and beverages, engage with guests, and ensure a memorable experience at the bar.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-volume craft cocktail experience, excel in teamwork, and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. A positive, guest-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume, craft cocktail experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Receive orders and serve food to bar guests.
• Maintain bar inventory and assist with restocking and side work.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and respond to inquiries about menus and dietary needs.
• Prepare and present final bill and report gratuities.
