Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a bartender for a fast‑paced environment where crafting cocktails and connecting with guests is a core part of the role. You will contribute to a team that values heart, growth, and guest delight across our 30+ locations.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, serving at the bar, and maintaining inventory while staying informed on menu offerings. A positive, team‑oriented attitude and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to bar patrons.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain bottles and glasses; assist replenishment of bar inventory and side work.
• Stay informed on menu offerings and respond to dietary questions.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report tips per IRS rules.
