Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and reconcile daily sales; cash handling.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly beer, wine, and liquor orders; manage inventory.
• Maintain bar area neat, organized, and within par levels.
• Record temperatures and assist in related café operations as needed.
