Expected to provide exceptional beverage service to all guests with duties to include mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of service bar following standard recipes and the Company's and ABC alcoholic beverage policies. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. Must have excellent product knowledge of proper mixing of alcoholic beverages.* Operate a cash register or point of sale system, must reconcile daily recap of sales data, responsible for accurate cash handling and collect payments.* Respond quickly to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction* Prepare weekly beer, wine, and liquor order.
