Job summary

Noble House Hotels’ Baleen is seeking a skilled bartender to enhance the guest experience by preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care.

The role requires strong guest interaction, great menu knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at Baleen, La Playa Beach & Golf Resort. Excellent English communication and professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bartending experience.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
• Attend and participate in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take drink orders from guests, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Make a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness of Baleen bar area and keep bar well-stocked.

Job Summary:

The Elements Bartender supports the Baleen team, by driving the guest experience through serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to Baleen guests with the standard of excellence guests come to expect from Noble House Hotels

Essential Functions:

• Greet and take drink orders from guests, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests
• Makes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
• Receives proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment
• Must work around a fast paced environment
• Must have great menu knowledge
• Must use guests names when possible
• Handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standards
• Completes opening and closing tasks
• Completes side work as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of P.O.S. systems
• Maintain cleanliness of Baleen bar area

Secondary Functions:

• Other duties as assigned
