Job summary

The Elements Bartender at Noble House Hotels & Resorts Baleen bar is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and hospitality.

You will greet guests, craft drinks, manage bar inventory, verify ages, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Baleen's standards of service and knowledge of the menu.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bartending experience.
• On the job training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
• Attend and participate in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take drink orders from guests, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Makes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Receives proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment.
• Must work around a fast paced environment.
• Must have great menu knowledge.
• Must use guests names when possible.
• Handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standards.
• Completes opening and closing tasks.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of P.O.S. systems
• Maintain cleanliness of Baleen bar area.
