Located across the street from the Abilene Convention Center in downtown, surrounded by restaurants and businesses. Features the culinary experiences of The Smokehouse Abilene. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Smokehouse Abilene offers unforgettable dishes for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

1. Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
2. Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards.
3. Serving beverages to guests professionally.
4. Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations.
5. Processing payments accurately via the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
6. Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and related supplies.
7. Ensuring the quality and safety of beverage perishables.
8. Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
