Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 3 years of bartending experience.
Bartending certification preferred.
Alcohol awareness certification required.

Responsibilities

Set up bar with liquor, juice, mixers, and garnishes as needed.
Keep bar area clean and sanitized; maintain supplies.
Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
Prepare drinks per established standards and guest preferences.
Present the check and process payment.
Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
Monitor for signs of overconsumption and take appropriate action.
Secure all beverages and close duties at shift end.
