Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team in Bloomington, Indiana. Qualified candidates will have at least a High School education and a minimum of three years in bartending, with preferred certifications in bartending and alcohol awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices, mixers and required tools.
• Maintains clean and sanitized bar, glasses and cutlery.
• Ensures guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and process payments; manage cash drops.
• Engages guests and ensures satisfaction; monitors for overconsumption.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
