Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting beverages.
• Promote and craft drinks using suggestive selling to maximize revenues.
• Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol service termination when needed.
• Verify liquor inventory and complete requisition and stock.
