Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.

• Experience in fast-paced bartending environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices, ice and mixers.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar, glassware, and equipment.
• Ensures guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares and serves drinks per standards and guest preferences.
• Handles payments and presents the bill to guests.
• Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Locks up and secures bar and cash drops at shift end.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
