Qualifications

• The candidate has hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality experience.
• Strong mixology, beverage garnishes and liquor/wine knowledge are required.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays may be needed.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and guest engagement skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Prepare drinks as requested and ensure knowledge of cocktails and menus.
• Set up and break down the bar area and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and hotel procedures.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and manage cash/credit per policy.
• Maintain and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
