Vesta Property Services Inc is seeking a Bartender to represent the bar and ensure a professional, friendly guest experience. You will pass a Responsible Service of Alcohol test and assist with bar setup, garnishes, drink preparation, and inventory management in a restaurant setting.

The role is active and requires standing for long periods, with potential occasional travel. High standards of integrity and reliability are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage service preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment.
• Must pass Responsible Service of Alcohol test with 90%+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons with friendly service.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Mix, prepare and serve drinks per Clubhouse Manager recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory.
• Record liquor, beer, wine and sundries for par stock.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
