Job summary

O’Charley’s Team Members Career Center is seeking a bartender to satisfy guests with friendly, knowledgeable service and expert drink preparation. You will learn the menu, specials, and promos, and use your sales skills to make recommendations that enhance the guest experience.

You will greet guests, deliver beverages promptly, maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and proper cash handling while collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
