Job summary

Torchy’s Fayetteville is seeking outgoing Bartenders to deliver a Damn Good guest experience with strong cocktail knowledge and menu recommendations. You will interact with guests, mix drinks to Torchy’s recipes, and maintain a clean, efficient bar with a supportive team.

Must hold a valid state alcohol-server license, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and enjoy varied schedules. Full team member benefits apply after qualification and tenure.

Qualifications

• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to bend/stretch/reach for objects on shelves at various heights.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
