Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Must be at least 21 to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar and mix alcoholic beverages; assist in cost control and inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties: inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking.
• Handle checks and cash; use POS system.
• Review banquet schedules and events.
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests.
• Follow safe work practices and perform other duties.
