Job summary

Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club in Fairview, TX is seeking a full-time Bartender. You will stock, mix, and serve beverages while ensuring inventory control and cost awareness. The role operates within Troon’s hospitality-focused platform and requires compliance with liquor laws.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 or older; benefits include healthcare, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and one year of bartending experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management when supplies are needed.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions; uses Points of Sale system.
• Reviews banquet schedule, events calendar, and special events.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars; may serve meals to guests.
