Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Mammoth Lakes, CA is hiring a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. You will set up bars, stock beer, wine, spirits and glassware, check IDs, greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Stock and requisition bar supplies; maintain glassware and perishables.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and condiments.
• Maintains stock; prepares garnishes and juices; ensures product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner and serves drinks.
• Takes and processes orders; mixes drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Checks IDs and ensures proper care with cash handling and vouchers.
