Responsibilities include setting up bars, stocking supplies, greeting guests, taking orders, mixing drinks per recipes, checking IDs and handling cash. A welcoming, team-oriented attitude is essential.

• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and bar supplies.
• Maintains garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.

• Takes orders, mixes drinks and follows standard recipes.
• Checks guests' IDs for age verification.
• Handles cash, processes charges and records transactions.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; secures beveragem supplies.
• Arranges bottles for an attractive bar display.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
