Expect to guide guests through drink selections, maintain bar stock, and balance responsibilities during busy shifts while delivering exceptional service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers, taking orders and upselling beverages.
• Knowledge of all menu items and preparation methods to answer questions.
• Check IDs and provide responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions and balance the register.
• Educate team on bar vocabulary and drink varieties.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to preferences, making recommendations and taking orders.
• Informing customers about new beverages and specials and upselling where appropriate.
• Prepare and serve beverages, check IDs and ensure legal alcohol service.
• Handle transactions and balance cash drawer; maintain bar stock.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist teammates during shifts.
