Phelan Family Brands / Bimini Basin in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has thorough bartending knowledge, can build drinks to spec, upsell items, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area. You will rely on friendly communication and accurate order taking to ensure guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Must have thorough working knowledge of bartending, bar terminology and core drink recipes.
• Understand how to build a drink, suggest wine and pour drafts correctly.
• Maintain an outgoing, positive personality at all times.
• Know the restaurant's menu and offerings.
• Ability to upsell alcohol and food items while delivering best-in-class service.
• Ring orders on a computer and interact with guests in a friendly, fast manner.
• Handle payments and make change accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and quick reset of the bar area.
• Check IDs to ensure guests are 21+ and refuse service politely when underage.
• Present a neat uniform and good personal hygiene.
• Communicate with managers about any unhappy guests.
• Take, fill to-go orders, and ensure accuracy when applicable.
