30hop Restaurant & Bar in Ankeny, IA is seeking bartenders to join our front of house team. Our bartenders craft signature cocktails and pour an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits to create an energetic atmosphere for our guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Professional, positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items.
• Accurately prepare drinks for bar and dining room service.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality each shift.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and complete opening/closing side work.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Follow safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders.
• Other duties as assigned.
