Tribute Eatery & Bar in Ankeny, IA is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. The role involves crafting cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, and delivering a welcoming, high-energy guest experience in a busy bar setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with benefits, PTO, health insurance, and dining discounts. Compensation starts at a base of $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts the next morning.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must obtain Iowa I-PACT certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
